Air Duct Cleaning

Air duct cleaning for a fresher, healthier Houston home

Your AC moves the air in your home over and over, most of the year. We clean out the dust, dander and debris hiding in the ducts so the air your family breathes is cleaner.

Why air duct cleaning matters

In Houston, the air conditioner runs for most of the year. Every time it does, air is pulled through the return vents, across the coil and back out through the ducts to every room. Over time, dust, pet hair, pollen, drywall dust and everyday debris collect in those ducts. When the system kicks on, some of it comes right back out.

Cleaning the ducts removes that buildup at the source. Families with pets, allergies or little ones crawling on the floor usually notice the difference first: less dust on surfaces and a fresher smell when the air comes on.

How often should you schedule it?

Most homes benefit from a duct cleaning every 3 to 5 years. Plan on sooner if you have pets, someone in the home has allergies or asthma, you've just finished a remodel, or you moved into a home and don't know its history.

How it works

Our air duct cleaning process

  1. We look first

We inspect your ducts, dryer vent or chimney and take photos, so you can see what's in there before we start.

  2. We clean it right

Rotary brushes knock the buildup loose and a powerful vacuum pulls it out, from inside the house all the way to the roof.

  3. We show you the results

We walk you through before and after photos and point out anything that needs attention. No pressure, no upsell.

Our dryer was taking two full cycles. They pulled a huge amount of lint out of the roof vent and showed us the photos. Clothes dry in one cycle again.

Questions

Air Duct Cleaning FAQ

How long does air duct cleaning take?

Most homes take a few hours, depending on the size of the house and the number of vents. We'll give you a time estimate along with your quote.

Will duct cleaning make a mess in my house?

No. The vacuum pulls dust out of the system, not into your rooms. We protect floors around our work areas and clean up before we leave.

Will it help with allergies?

Clean ducts mean less dust, dander and pollen getting blown back into your rooms. Many families notice less dust and a fresher smell. It's one part of a healthier home, along with regular filter changes.

Do you need to get into the attic?

Often, yes. In many Houston homes the air handler and main duct runs are in the attic, so we may need access there. We'll let you know when you book.

How much does air duct cleaning cost?

It depends on the size of your home and how many supply and return vents you have. We give you a clear quote before we start, and that's the price you pay.
